Please ensure that someone is contactable at all times during your dog’s appointment in the event of an emergency or unexpected issue. Appointment Reminders and communication will be via phone/text.

Medical & Behavioural Information

It is mandatory that all dogs have had, at the very minimum, their full course of puppy vaccinations up to 12 weeks of age before grooming.
Please note, annual boosters after the initial puppy course are entirely the owner’s personal choice. However, failure to keep your dog up to date with boosters may nullify any insurance you hold, and accepts no responsibility for any conditions arising from a dog being unvaccinated.
Please give full disclosure, such as body areas your dog is protective over and what level of aggression.
Please note, I am not a groomer who specialises in behavioural issues and reserve the right to either refuse to groom your dog or halt the process at any time, if I feel things are getting out of control and your dog is getting overly distressed.

Price: $100.00
This fee will be deducted from your groom. 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations, this is because it is hard for me to fill your spot at short notice.
